You will receive a PDF of your personalized nutrition plan.
This nutrition plan will include your estimated TDEE calculation, BMI calculation, and a structured plan to help you achieve your goals.
You will be given my personal phone number to contact me at any time with questions.
There will be weekly check-ins to evaluate progress, discuss barriers, and make adjustments to your program to ensure results.
